Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure data integrity.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Optimize database queries and improve overall system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
