Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support business reporting requirements.
- Build and optimize interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and finance teams to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all data sources and reporting systems.
- Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
