Apex Data Insights is looking for a results-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our Mesa, AZ team on an immediate hire basis. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our data and our business strategy, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that fuel our growth.

Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, cleanse, and validate massive datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality input for analysis.
- Advanced Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Visualization: Design and maintain compelling interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) that make data accessible and understandable for non-technical leadership.
- Reporting: Produce regular and ad-hoc reports that summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to executive stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and recommend automation strategies to streamline operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to define metrics that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and experience with Python or R is highly preferred.
- Tools: Strong command of Excel and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into simple, persuasive narratives for diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data integrity and quality assurance.
