Your Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for ensuring our data infrastructure is robust, our insights are accurate, and our stakeholders are empowered.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL processes to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and define success metrics.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
