Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis: Design and execute complex data analysis projects to identify business opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Visualization: Develop compelling, interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Tool Optimization: Continuously refine data pipelines and automate reporting workflows to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and experience with data warehousing.
- Visualization: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools.
