Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support data warehousing.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical models.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced knowledge of joins, window functions, and stored procedures).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
