Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns
- Create predictive models to forecast sales and customer behavior patterns
- Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation protocols
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects supporting product development and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Proven experience building predictive models and statistical analysis
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI (required)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Exceptional communication skills with portfolio of executive presentations
