Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Create interactive, high-impact dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations to identify trends and opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast business outcomes.
- Develop and document standard data governance protocols and data dictionaries.
- Present data-driven insights to executive leadership in a clear, persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and big data technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
