Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics.
- Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing) to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency through data automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (including complex queries, stored procedures, and window functions).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Snowflake) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
