Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support data warehousing initiatives.
- Create interactive, user-friendly dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present complex data findings to executive leadership in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
