Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Analysis: Design and execute complex analytical models to support business objectives, focusing on market trends, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain interactive, high-level dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Write optimized, complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Lead and analyze A/B testing campaigns to validate hypotheses and optimize product features and marketing funnels.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise business recommendations for executive leadership and product teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and implement automation solutions to streamline reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced subqueries, window functions) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
