Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform in-depth data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data from various sources, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and cloud warehouses.
- Develop predictive models and forecasting tools to support strategic planning and risk management initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytical projects.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear, compelling, and non-technical manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Strong working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert-level skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
