You will own the end-to-end data analysis process, from data acquisition and cleaning to the delivery of actionable insights that directly impact our bottom line. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks.
