Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.</li><li>Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.</li><li>Build and maintain automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual data entry and improve efficiency.</li><li>Conduct statistical modeling and predictive analysis to forecast market trends and customer behavior.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data sources and implementing quality control measures.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree preferred).</li><li>3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data manipulation and querying.</li><li>Strong programming skills in Python or R for advanced analytics and automation.</li><li>Expert level experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.</li><li>Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift/Glue) is a plus.</li></ul>
