Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models to solve business challenges using SQL, Python, and advanced BI tools
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to measure campaign performance and ROI
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track progress against strategic objectives
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data narratives and executive summaries
- Automate reporting workflows to improve data accessibility and reduce manual processes
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of complex projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in version control (Git) and agile development methodologies
