Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time insights across departments
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visual narratives and data storytelling
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms
