Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Create advanced visualizations and interactive dashboards in Tableau to communicate complex insights to executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to identify market trends and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
- Present findings and recommendations through compelling data narratives to senior leadership
- Maintain and enhance data governance protocols ensuring compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven track record of translating data into business value
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills including hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects and solutions
