Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale financial datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize product features and user engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior and revenue streams
- Document analytical methodologies and ensure data governance compliance
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization and statistical analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analytics experience with financial services or SaaS products
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic insights
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects and visualizations
