Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data collection systems using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Partner with leadership to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations
- Maintain and optimize ETL pipelines for seamless data integration across multiple platforms
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis with demonstrated impact in business settings
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark/Hadoop)
- Certifications in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist) highly valued
