Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex SQL queries to extract actionable insights from multi-terabyte datasets
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive decision-making and KPI tracking
- Develop predictive models using Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) for demand forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with HIPAA and GDPR standards
- Mentor junior analysts through peer review sessions and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analysis with proven SQL proficiency
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of 10+ published dashboards
- Expertise in Python data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong statistical modeling background with A/B testing experience
- Healthcare industry knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL tools
