Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for real-time data visualization
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to define data requirements and deliver analytics solutions
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and visual storytelling
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize business strategies
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects and visualizations
