Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify business trends
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Automate reporting workflows to ensure real-time data accessibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SaaS companies
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
