Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau to communicate KPIs to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and track campaign performance
- Document data methodologies, processes, and findings for team knowledge sharing
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and analytical techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in SQL and Python
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex analytical projects and business impact
