Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and patient engagement
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data visualization and storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven impact in healthcare or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R for data manipulation
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis skills including hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and segmentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects with measurable business outcomes
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and ETL processes
