Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Utilize advanced statistical methods to mine, clean, and interpret large datasets from diverse sources.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports that provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and ensure data quality standards.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and business performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on solving complex business problems through data.
- Tools: Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
