Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize business strategies
- Create comprehensive data models to support forecasting and predictive analytics
- Present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven business solutions
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
