Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to streamline reporting processes
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and implement tracking solutions
- Create comprehensive data quality frameworks ensuring 99.9% accuracy across all datasets
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with 2+ years in remote work environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of building scalable ETL processes and data warehouse models
- Strong statistical analysis background with A/B testing and experimental design experience
- Excellent communication skills translating complex data into business recommendations
- Certification in Google Analytics or Tableau preferred
