- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Create automated reporting systems to track KPIs and business metrics in real-time
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with SaaS or fintech background
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experimental design experience
- Certification in AWS/GCP data analytics platforms
