Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Create data visualizations that communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Maintain and improve data quality through ETL processes and validation checks
- Present findings to executive leadership and recommend actionable strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design experience
