Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis: Design and execute complex analytical models to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business strategy.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop intuitive, interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Management: Gather, cleanse, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and operational metrics, supporting long-term planning.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automated solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Tools: Strong command of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with ETL processes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Education: Master’s degree is a plus.
