The Role: As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our analytics division. You will be responsible for gathering, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets to support strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity through rigorous cleaning and preprocessing.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within large datasets.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize data for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations that communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical and technical audiences alike.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with operations and management teams to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Database Management: Maintain and optimize databases to ensure efficient data retrieval and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying; experience with Python or R for data manipulation; strong command of Excel.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated experience creating dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly.
