Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business forecasting and strategic decision-making.
- Document data pipelines and analytical processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting complex datasets.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
