Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and improve data architecture.
- Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to support data retrieval and reporting needs.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the energy or logistics sector.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
