- Develop predictive models for customer segmentation and churn reduction
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear data storytelling
- Maintain data quality frameworks and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
