Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Automate reporting processes using Python scripts and ETL pipelines
- Mentor junior analysts and present findings to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) data services
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
