Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses
- Partner with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data modeling and visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
