Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
- Build and optimize SQL queries to improve data retrieval speed and accuracy.
- Present complex data findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Automate reporting processes to increase team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tell a story with data.
