Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to support our enterprise data warehouse.
- Create interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for stakeholder reporting.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer segments, and operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in a corporate environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for complex querying.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
