Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and improve data collection methodologies.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reporting for stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
- Document data pipelines and analytical models to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Experience with data warehousing technologies (Snowflake, Redshift) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
