Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models to uncover business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses
- Collaborate with product teams to translate analytics into actionable recommendations
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling visualizations
- Maintain data integrity across multiple SQL databases and data warehouses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing, time-series)
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
