Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and trends
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and improve data quality
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects addressing strategic business questions
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
