Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle, from requirement gathering to final reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance metrics.
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate large datasets.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover actionable business insights.
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Expert-level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into executive summaries.
