Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources
- Develop advanced SQL queries and data models to support business analytics and reporting requirements
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate complex insights to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations for strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis background with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business-relevant insights
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
