Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Present insights to leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Implement data governance protocols ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Mentor junior analysts through our structured knowledge-sharing program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with complex dashboard creation experience
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
