- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for A/B testing frameworks
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation standards
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with proven SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical modeling techniques
- Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of complex dashboard implementations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to non-technical audiences
