We are looking for a problem-solver who can bridge the gap between complex data and executive strategy. You will have the autonomy to own our data pipelines and the opportunity to present your findings to C-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to support key business objectives and product development.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies for marketing and operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through deep-dive analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the technology or finance sector.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory) is a significant plus.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
