Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex SQL queries and data models to support business intelligence needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate marketing campaigns and product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering) to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through rigorous data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or fintech industry.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud data warehousing (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
