Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Develop predictive models and A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and operational efficiency
- Create executive-ready reports and presentations that translate technical findings into strategic insights
- Implement data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data visualization and storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of developing predictive models and statistical analyses
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehouse architecture (Snowflake/Redshift)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Certification in Tableau, AWS, or Google Analytics is a plus
