Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable business intelligence using advanced SQL queries and Python scripts.
- Design and maintain interactive, high-impact dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Partner with product and sales teams to define data requirements and deliver comprehensive reporting solutions.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of our data governance and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations.
