Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Automate reporting processes to deliver real-time insights to decision-makers
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across all datasets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in tech or retail industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis methods
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
